It is crafted from shiny fabric, complete with 8 dangling tentacles with sensational sucker details, created using shiny sequins. They're perfect for kids to wave around and pretend they're floating in the ocean or being swished around by the waves. The head section is padded for structure and has fabulous 3D eyes, giving it a wonderful wide-eyed star,e and the cape closes with a popper fastener at the neck.
